As a sales representative or member of one of our subsidiaries, you’ll organise your time flexibly, plan your activities in line with shared goals and represent Rothoblaas in your area.

To work well, you need to feel well. At our headquarters, people with different expertise work side by side: from Marketing and Communications to Purchasing and Production; from Technical and Product departments to Warehouse and Logistics; from Administration and Finance to Human Resources Research and Development.

The first few weeks?
Hands-on training and a structured onboarding plan designed to introduce you to the Rothoblaas team and our way of working, wherever you are in the world.
You’ll also be paired with a “Buddy” – a go-to person to help you find your way around the company and share a few tips about life both inside and outside the office.
How do you get to Cortaccia?
In several ways:
By car
in one of the 250 spaces available between the offices and the company garden.
By train
because the train station is 500 metres from the company's main entrance.
By bike
the bike path passes right in front, you can get there from the Piana Rotaliana but also from Bolzano!
Swimming
but maybe it's better not to, because swimming the Adige River is not within everyone's reach ;)
